The Deer antler is a bony body of representatives of the deer family. Our wood comes from Sambar species (Cervus unicolor or Rusa unicolor) who lives in dense forests of the mainland and islands of southern Asia (India, Sri Lanka, Burma, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, China, Indonesia). Antler is very hard, thick, beaded, without porosity and has at most 4 horns or antlers.

A creation of our own design, Le Grand illustrates the knowhow behind Perceval knives.
Its chiseled silhouette and high-quality materials is strongly reminiscent of old 18th century elegance. A paean to fine dining, this knife is integral to our culture for Rabelaisian feasts and epicurean banquets, making it the essential gourmet's tool.

Make the most out of using this impressive knife!
