The handle is in ebony of Makassar, dense and precious material. This wood is prized for its sleek and polished black and chocolate veining.

Supplied with a made-to-measure full-grain leather sheath in a wood presentation case.
The spring and liners are decorated with a guillochage by our cutlers (French filework engraving technique).

Not dishwasher proof. 
Also available in table knife.

Macassar ebony (Diospyros Celebica or Coromandel), a density from 1.10 to 1.20, is a native wood from Indonesia. Prized for its elegant polished, its veining alternates from black to brown, with games of marbling.

A creation of our own design, Le Grand illustrates the knowhow behind Perceval knives.

Precautions:

- Perceval pocket knives are not dishwasher safe nor washing machine safe (oversight in pockets!)

Care instructions:

- After use, humidify the blade, wipe it and fold it up.
- In case of water contact, quickly wipe the handle.
- A regular sharpening with a sharpening steel or a hone allows to keep the original edge.
- You receive a sleeve with each Perceval pocket knife. It protects the knife from impacts and frictions.
