Precautions:

- Perceval kitchen knives are not dishwasher safe.

Care intructions:

- Perceval kitchen knives should be clean with warm soapy water and a sponge (without scourer). You must never use abrasive pads which create deep scratches and remove the blade' brightness.

Rinse your knives with warm water before wiping it and carefuly store them to guarantee a extended lifetime.


- A regular sharpening with an avoid steel (with thin streaking)  is recommanded to keep a long lasting original edge.

We recommend a sharpening in our workshop once a year.
